Aktualizacja AIO Panel 7.1

    FIXED: Connection issues when downloading channel lists from GitHub on OpenPLi 9.2 (added User-Agent and forced IPv4 for wget).
    FIXED: Receiver freeze during IPTV Dream installation. The installer now runs in a foreground Console window instead of a background thread to prevent lockups.
    FIXED: System hang after completing Super Setup Wizard (Full mode). Added a "safety fuse" that forces a system reboot if the standard GUI restart fails.
    ADDED: Detailed descriptions/tooltips for options in the Super Setup Wizard (replaced standard ChoiceBox with a custom selection screen).
    FIXED: Python syntax error in function descriptions (fixed "expected ':' after dictionary key" error).
