FullHDGlass17 9.50-r9 – CHANGES SINCE r8Maintainer: Shamann
The main goal of version r9 is to improve Enhanced Weather reliability when
migrating older configurations to Open-Meteo. All functionality and fixes
introduced in r8 remain preserved.
CHANGES / FIXES

------------
- Fixed migration of legacy Enhanced Weather locations to Open-Meteo.
- With the legacy configuration format, the city name is now read directly
from the original Enhanced Weather entry.
- Fixed the cause of the error:
"Error: Open-Meteo - list index out of range".
- Open-Meteo geocoding no longer accesses the first result before checking
that the server actually returned a location.
- Added validation for an empty geocoding response.
- Added validation for incomplete location data, especially coordinates.
- Invalid results now produce a meaningful location error instead of the
Python "list index out of range" exception.
- Updated the Enhanced Weather request User-Agent identifier to r9.
- Preserved all r8 changes, city databases, cityFinder, diacritic-insensitive
search, online fallback and immediate weather refresh.
- Preserved safe existence checks for original backup files during package
removal/upgrade.
- The original visual design and general GUI structure of FullHDGlass17
remain unchanged.
- Package revision updated to 9.50-r9.
