Version 4.0 of the CCcam Info plugin has been released, featuring a number of fixes and improvements to enhance performance, stability, and compatibility with Enigma2 receivers.
Compatibility: Supports Python 2.7 and Python 3.14, and has been successfully tested with both Python 2.7 and Python 3.14.

Key Changes and Improvements​

    Fixed a plugin crash when opening the Servers menu on Python 2.7.
    Improved connectivity to the CCcam server, with automatic retries when the connection is refused.
    Improved configuration file reading with support for multiple paths.
    Fixed saving Menu Configuration and Remote Receiver Connection settings to /etc/enigma2/.
    Improved error messages and detailed logging to make troubleshooting easier.
    Improved the display of General Information and Entitlements.
    Adjusted window and font sizes for a more balanced layout.

CCcam must now be installed in the following directory:/usr/bin

To start CCcam via Telnet, use:
/usr/bin/CCcamXXX

Make sure the file permissions are set to 755.
