MediaPortal Skin miniTV Blue and Black
miniTV_hd Skin is now adapted to the new MediaPortal,
now has some improvements.

HD Skin must be installed as the main skin.
The skin should be put on Wall because of the better overview, list is synonymous but.
Installation:
Unpack Rar, open upper folder.
The IPK as always install (ipk after tmp, and from there by tele or manual install).
Restart Gui (works without, but is better).
