.vod should now just play. Downloaded ".vod" should change the extension.

    Although this is not a good idea and a bit hacky. Usernames and passwords are part of the url and ideally should always be ascii safe characters.
    Allowed non ascii characters in username and password. i.e äöü
    Use the actual characters, not the percent values.
